Hank Marshall

Hank Marshall serves as the VP of Operations for ClearFlow Group US Inc. In that capacity he oversees manufacturing and sales both domestically and internationally.

Prior to that, he spent almost a decade at the City of Phoenix in the capacity of Economic Development Executive Officer. He oversaw the department’s International Program.

In 2002, Hank Marshall founded Aisle21, a Phoenix-based consultancy specializing in international business strategies. Aisle21 proactively managed the needs of foreign clients with their inbound US interests and activities while at the same time proactively managing US clients with their outbound global interests and activities. 

Prior to establishing Aisle21 in 2002, Mr. Marshall spent 20 years in executive engineering positions in the private sector. He has worked for many major companies such as Halston, Tetley, Johnson & Johnson, Avery International, Warner Lambert and Pfizer.

Having been raised in foreign countries (Venezuela, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand and the Netherlands) and having traveled extensively to many other foreign countries, Mr. Marshall hasdeveloped a very keen sense of the challenges and intricacies of doing business internationally.

Mr. Marshall also spent 6 years as the Vice-Consul of Trade for the British Consulate in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2005, Mr. Marshall was appointed the British Honorary Consul for the State of Arizona, where he continues to serve the needs of British nationals and British companies.

He is an active member of the following groups: Diplomatic Corps of Arizona, Global Chamber, AZ District Export Council, USGLC, Shea Group, GPEC ILC, Release the Fear, The League and 1Mission.
