About the Delegation

The delegation visiting through the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) brings together STEM leaders, educators, researchers, and industry experts from Australia, India, and Japan who are advancing science and technology in their respective fields. Representing top universities, research institutions, government agencies, and industry organizations, they specialize in areas such as national security and defense, space exploration, biotechnology, oceanography, microgravity research, and STEM education policy. During their visit, they will explore policies that support STEM innovation, gain insight into critical and emerging technologies—including defense technology, next-generation telecommunications, clean energy, and biotechnology—and examine public-private partnerships that accelerate STEM learning. By engaging with U.S. counterparts, this delegation aims to strengthen global STEM networks, foster collaboration, and exchange best practices for preparing the next generation of scientific leaders.
