Andrei Railean
Andrei Railean currently serves as Controller for Chicanos Por La Causa, where he oversees the financial operations for 40 lines of services and business. With eight years of experience in nonprofit finance, Andrei has developed a strong expertise in nonprofit budgeting, forecasting, single audits, financial reporting and federal funding management.
His academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, as well as a Master’s degree in Finance from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, the oldest university in Romania.
Born and raised in the Republic of Moldova, Andrei is deeply committed to community service. He actively mentors participants in the CPLC Refugee Program, supporting their transition and growth. He is also a proud alumnus of the Hispanic Leadership Institute (HLI) and Valleywise Emerging Leaders Program.
In his free time, Andrei enjoys spending quality time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing.
